5. Dispute resolution
SIDES LABS is a business-to-business service. It is offered to companies acting in the course of their trade, business or profession, and not to consumers.
SimplyDelivery GmbH is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§36 VSBG).
6. Liability for links
This site links to websites operated by third parties — partner companies, their documentation, and the services listed in the privacy policy. We have no influence over their content and adopt none of it as our own. Their operators are responsible for it. Linked pages were checked for evident legal violations when the link was created; permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable, and a link is removed once we learn of one.
